1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions, plans and one-time services purchased on vgrow.ai, operated by Pure In Fresh Foods Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By making a purchase you agree to this Policy along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Billing errors resulting in incorrect or duplicate charges.
- Service delivery failures caused by verifiable technical issues on our side that prevent you from using the Platform for a meaningful period.
- Subscription cancellation requested within the timelines described below.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- One-time setup, onboarding or customisation fees.
- Subscription fees for periods that have already been used or consumed.
- Third-party fees passed through for integrations, AI usage, hosting or domains.
- Custom content, websites or assets created and delivered to you on request.
4. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel any subscription at any time from your Account settings.
- Cancellations during a free trial period stop billing at the end of the trial; no charges apply if cancelled before the trial ends.
- Cancellations after billing ends auto-renewal at the close of the current billing term. You retain access to paid features until the end of that term.
- Annual or other prepaid plans receive prorated refunds only when explicitly stated in your order or in a written agreement with us.
- Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the relevant charge.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@vgrow.ai from the email address registered on your Account, with:
- Your registered name and Account email.
- Transaction or invoice ID.
- Date and amount of the charge.
- Reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds are typically processed within seven to ten (7–10) business days and credited to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider settlement times may add a few additional days.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your Account during the investigation. If a chargeback is found to be unjustified, we may apply a recovery fee and require payment before reinstating service.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to your registered Account address.
